Pelvic Floor and Hips: Unlocking your inner strength


This course is for aerialists, pole dancers, hand balancers, or curious movers. You will experience your pelvic floor and hips in an entirely new way. By the end of the course, you will understand how to use the pelvic floor during your movement practice and how to use floor based movements to improve flexibility and ease throughout the hips.

This is a self-paced, online course that runs from September 9, 2024-October 7, 2024. You have access to the material for 6 months. It includes two coaching sessions over the course of the 6 weeks. Coaching sessions will be recorded and a replay will be available if you are unable to making the coaching sessions live.
