Hi. I’m Jenn.

Most of my clients are exceptionally capable people who have somehow never learned to trust their bodies. I've spent 24 years working at the intersection of neuroscience, movement science, and hands-on coaching — helping driven, intelligent individuals build real strength, flexibility, and nervous system regulation that holds up under pressure. With an M.S. in human movement and clients ranging from private individuals to U.S. Navy senior leaders, my approach is built for people who think deeply and question everything — treating the nervous system as the starting point rather than an afterthought.
