Language and Movement Part II: Practical Application

In this follow-up to the Language and Movement webinar, we’ll take the key principles—weight shift, fall, and collision—and put them into practice. Together, we’ll break down three different movements, identifying where these principles occur and how they shape the movement experience.

We’ll also explore different ways to explain and teach these concepts, considering factors like an individual’s experience, comfort level, and goals. Additionally, you’ll learn how to recognize movement anchors and when they shift, enhancing your ability to guide others with clarity and precision.

This webinar is designed for coaches and teachers across all movement modalities. While not required, it is recommended that you complete Part I before joining Part II. The replay of Part I can be purchased below.

*This is a livestream event. The recording will be available for 7 days.
