This class will guide you through playful weight-shifting exercises—from feet to hands, and hands to feet—inviting greater awareness and adaptability in how you support and move. While weight-shifting is our focus, you’ll also explore enhanced flexibility, coordination, and connection through the spine and the entire body. Whether you’re looking to deepen your understanding of grounding or simply want to explore movement in new ways, this class offers a unique, supportive experience.
