I help people feel stronger, more confident, and more at home in their bodies. My quest to help people become more fluent in the language of movement has led to over two decades as a coach, teacher, and curious learner of all things related to enabling people to move in ways that bring them joy.

*The 4 week pelvic floor and hip course is just dropped. This course is for handbalancers, aerialists, pole dancers, or curious movers who want to be able to sense and use their pelvic floor to help them move, flow, and invert more easily.
