Pelvic Floor, Q-angles, and Feet: an in person event (with Adarian Barr)

In this two hour workshop, Adarian and Jenn will use principles of movement from the ground up to influence and alter your experience to running, walking, and traditional fitness exercises. You will learn:

  • How to set up your feet for movement success

  • Why males and females have different set-ups for things like lunges, split stance work, squats, step-ups, and running

  • How you can use the feet to access the pelvic floor and how that will help you with push-ups, pull-ups, and handstands

  • How you can use your Q-angles to harness the connection between your feet and pelvis to run faster

This workshop is appropriate for coaches, teachers, or anyone who wants to tap into more fluidity and strength in (and out) of the gym.
